We are looking for a confident, skilled Facilitator to lead interactive workshops, guide group discussions, and ensure high-value delivery for our client sessions. Based out of London, you will deliver local sessions while occasionally traveling to client sites across the UK when required.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and guide interactive workshops and group facilitation sessions.

Create an inclusive, welcoming environment that encourages active audience engagement and collaboration.

Adapt session structure and tone on the fly to suit varied group dynamics and objectives.

Maintain session timelines, manage key deliverables, and keep participants focused.

Travel to external event locations outside London for project delivery as required.
Requirements

Proven track record in group facilitation, coaching, training delivery, or public speaking.

Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage group energy, keep sessions on track, and handle dynamic discussions smoothly.

Willingness to travel outside London, including occasional overnight stays (all accommodation and travel costs provided).

Professional, punctual, and adaptable mindset.
