Supporter Engagement Volunteer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supporter Engagement Volunteer to join our Supporter Engagement and Operations team in delivering an exceptional customer experience to our current and potential supporters.
Look no further, the Supporter Engagement team may be perfect for you! In this role, you will communicate with supporters using a variety of channels including telephone, post, email.

We ask our volunteers to dedicate a minimum of 24 days of volunteering across 3-6 months. The role is office-based, and a laptop is provided. Our usual volunteering hours are Monday to Friday 10am-4pm (including an hour lunch). Whilst this role is unpaid, we pay out of pocket expenses of up to £7.00 for lunch and up to £23.60 for travel per day when you are volunteering with us in the office.
