THE VIBE

PROJECT MONO is powered by people. Without our volunteers, we’re just an empty shopfront. We need a Crew Chief who lives to see others succeed. Your job is to find the best talent in London and make sure they have the tools, the confidence, and the "vibe" to change lives.

THE ROLE

You are the bridge between the project and the people.

• The Hunt: Recruiting local legends—from DJs to youth mentors—and getting them through the MONO gates.

• The Shield: Handling the "Needs Checks" (DBS, references, safeguarding) to keep the project tight and safe.

• The Coach: Providing 1-on-1 support and "vibe-checks" for our volunteers to prevent burnout and keep the energy high.

• The Culture: Onboarding new crew members so they don't just know the rules—they know the soul of the project.

ABOUT YOU

• A People Person: You can talk to anyone, from a nervous first-timer to a seasoned pro.

• High Empathy, High Standards: You care deeply about people, but you don't cut corners on safety or quality.

• Organised: You can manage the "Red Folder" of DBS checks and volunteer files without breaking a sweat.

• The Mentor: You love coaching others and helping them find their "Power Skill" within the project.

THE COMMITMENT

Flexible and agile. Roughly 5-6 hours a week. You’ll be busy during recruitment "waves" and present at our Signature Events to check in on the team.
