Admin Volunteer - Data Operations Team
As an Office Volunteer at Prostate Cancer UK, you'll play a key role in helping us to achieve our mission: ensuring that no man dies of prostate cancer. You'll provide support on a variety of non-time-sensitive tasks, helping the Data Operations Team to work more efficiently and effectively so we can make an even bigger difference.
In return, you'll be welcomed into a friendly, collaborative environment as a valued member of the team. You'll have opportunities to build your skills and gain hands-on experience, deepening your understanding of the charity sector and seeing first-hand how your efforts support life-changing work.
IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL...
- Help us to handle information sensitively, in line with data protection principles.
- Support the team by updating spreadsheets and databases with accurate information.
- Help to organise and maintain files and records (digital and paper).
- Support the team with simple reports and general admin tasks.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR…
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable using basic computer programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Accurate, with a good eye for detail.
- Organised, reliable and confident following simple processes.
- Respectful of sensitive or confidential information.
- A team player.
Previous admin or office experience is welcome but not essential – we will provide you with all the necessary training and support.

YOUR VOLUNTEERING COMMITMENT
This is a voluntary and flexible role.
We ask for a time commitment of around 7 hours per week, flexible around your schedule.

Location: Remote, with occasional days in the Prostate Cancer UK London Bridge Office
Expenses: We’ll reimburse reasonable out-of-pocket expenses in line with our policy.
