RANGER CADETS is a brand new start up uniformed youth work organisation dedicated to preparing young people for life. We believe in service, ceremony, community, and creating opportunities that transform futures. Now, we’re looking for a visionary HR/Volunteering Lead/Manager to help us build the heart of our brand new start up organisation - our volunteer programme.
Your Mission
As HR/Volunteering Lead/Manager, you will:

Design and launch our volunteering programme, building systems, processes, and infrastructure from the ground up, that is future proof as we expand across England.

Lead recruitment and onboarding, ensuring every volunteer feels welcomed, valued, and inspired and this is instilled as part of our organisations culture.

Shape the volunteer journey, keeping our team fully motivated, engaged, and respected.

Champion culture and belonging, making sure every volunteer feels part of our close-knit Ranger Cadets family. Build a culture with purpose, team spirit and where everyone works together for each other and the same goal.
