Now we’re looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who can help turn that mission into smooth, powerful, youth‑driven action every single day. Someone who loves structure and vibe. We want a COO who is:

• Able to support the CEO and wider team with leadership, structure, and operational excellence

What you’ll actually do:

• Oversee REMIX’s day‑to‑day operations with confidence and care

• Build and refine systems for HR, safeguarding, finance, volunteers, programmes, and governance

• Support the CEO with planning, decision‑making, and organisational development

• Ensure REMIX runs smoothly, safely, and in line with charity regulations

• Lead on policies, processes, and operational best practice

• Help create a culture that feels youthful, joyful, and community-powered

• Bring ideas that help REMIX grow sustainably and impactfully
