Now we’re looking for a Finance Manager who can bring clarity, confidence, and good vibes to our financial systems — someone who loves numbers, cares about impact, and wants to help build a youth-powered movement in London.

We want someone who is:

• Organised, reliable, and confident with numbers

• Calm, positive, and full of steady energy

• Passionate about youth empowerment and social mobility

• Comfortable with budgeting, tracking spend, and keeping things compliant

• Excited to help build simple, friendly financial systems that support growth

What you’ll actually do:

• Support REMIX’s day‑to‑day financial management

• Track income, spending, and budgets across programmes

• Help prepare financial reports for the CEO and Trustees

• Keep our financial records tidy, accurate, and up to date

• Support compliance with charity finance regulations

• Work with the Treasurer to keep REMIX financially strong and future‑ready

• Bring ideas that make our financial processes smoother, clearer, and more accessible
