• Build the Engine: You’ll design the operational systems that allow us to scale across London, ensuring we’re as efficient as we are impactful.

• Chase the Vision: You’ll lead on business development—spotting opportunities, building partnerships, and securing the resources that fuel our mission to smash barriers.

• Roll Up Your Sleeves: We are a brand-new start-up adventure. You’ll be high-level one hour and deep in the nitty-gritty the next, doing whatever it takes to make REMIX the best youth charity in the country.

• The "Feels": You won’t just be looking at growth charts; you’ll be seeing the real-world pathways you’ve created for young Londoners to thrive.
