As our Head of HR & Volunteering, you’ll:

  • Build a warm, inclusive, youth‑centred volunteer culture.
  • Lead recruitment for volunteers and early staff roles.

  • Support and empower volunteers from onboarding to celebration.
  • Help shape our organisational values and team identity.
  • Get us fully ready for our April 2026 launch.
