Now we’re looking for a volunteer Office Manager & Executive Assistant who can bring organisation, warmth, and good vibes to the heart of the charity — supporting our Founder & CEO and keeping REMIX running smoothly behind the scenes.

We want someone who is:

• Super organised, reliable, and full of positive energy

• A natural people-person who brings calm, clarity, and good vibes

• Passionate about youth empowerment and community

• Confident with admin, communication, and keeping things moving

• Ready to support leadership and help build a charity that feels youthful, bold, and full of life

What you’ll actually do:

• Support our Founder & CEO with day‑to‑day admin and coordination

• Set up and keep our office systems tidy, smooth, and stress‑free

• Manage emails, scheduling, documents, and key communications

• Help ensure we meet charity regulations, policies, and good practice

• Keep track of tasks, deadlines, and important information

• Be the friendly, organised presence that keeps everything flowing

• Bring ideas, energy, and structure to help REMIX grow
