REMIX is a brand‑new youth charity rooted in Shoreditch — bold, creative, community‑powered and built on the belief that every young person deserves connection, confidence and a place to belong.

We’re launching programmes that boost social mobility, spark creativity and create joyful spaces for young people aged 11–26 across London.

To keep this movement running smoothly, we’re looking for an Office Manager — someone organised, warm and proactive who can help us build the systems, processes and day‑to‑day rhythm that make everything possible.

THE ROLE: OFFICE MANAGER (HYBRID, INITIALLY REMOTE)

You’ll be the organisational backbone of REMIX — setting up our internal systems, supporting volunteers, keeping us coordinated and ensuring our operations run smoothly as we grow.

This is a foundational role in a start‑up charity, perfect for someone who loves structure, people and purpose.

You’ll lead on:

• Office systems setup — creating simple, streamlined processes for a brand‑new charity

• Day‑to‑day coordination — helping the team stay organised, informed and supported

• Volunteer support — assisting with onboarding, communication and scheduling

• Document management — keeping policies, forms and resources accessible and up to date

• Inbox & communication support — helping us stay responsive and connected

• Meeting organisation — scheduling, preparing agendas and capturing key actions

• Operational problem‑solving — spotting gaps and helping us improve how we work

You’ll help build the operational heartbeat of REMIX — the systems that allow our programmes to shine.
