REMIX is a brand‑new youth charity rooted in Shoreditch — bold, creative, community‑powered and built on the belief that every young person deserves connection, confidence and a place to belong.

We’re launching pilot programmes that boost social mobility, spark creativity, and open up new opportunities for young people aged 11–26 across London.

To bring these programmes to life, we’re looking for a Programme Lead — someone with passion, organisation and vision who can help us turn ideas into real, joyful, impactful experiences.

THE ROLE: PROGRAMME LEAD (PILOT PROGRAMMES)

You’ll take the lead on designing, setting up and managing REMIX’s first wave of programmes — from creative workshops to wellbeing sessions, skills development, community socials and more.

This is a role for someone who loves planning, loves people, and loves seeing young people thrive.

You’ll lead on:

• Programme setup — turning concepts into real, structured, youth‑friendly sessions

• Delivery management — ensuring sessions run smoothly, safely and with REMIX energy

• Volunteer coordination — supporting facilitators and helping build a strong delivery team

• Youth engagement — making sure young people feel welcomed, heard and excited

• Monitoring & feedback — capturing insights to help us improve and grow

• Partnership building — connecting with local creatives, organisations and spaces

• Innovation & creativity — bringing fresh ideas that reflect London’s youth culture

You’ll be at the heart of REMIX’s impact — shaping what young people experience and how they grow with us.

WHO YOU ARE

You might be a youth worker, a creative, a project manager, a community organiser — or simply someone who loves building programmes that matter.

You’ll thrive if you’re:
