What You’ll Do as Volunteering Manager

You’ll design and deliver the full volunteer ecosystem, including:

Volunteer Programme Design

• Build REMIX’s volunteer strategy, structure, and culture.

• Create a volunteer journey that feels joyful, accessible, and youth-powered.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Develop recruitment campaigns and role adverts.

• Lead interviews, selection, and onboarding processes.

• Ensure volunteers feel welcomed, valued, and inspired from day one.

Training & Development

• Create training pathways for skills, safeguarding, and youth engagement.

• Support volunteers to grow, develop, and shine.

Systems, Processes & Policies

• Set up volunteer management systems and digital tools.

• Develop policies, handbooks, and operational frameworks.

• Ensure compliance, safety, and best practice.

Volunteer Support & Performance

• Provide ongoing support, supervision, and recognition.

• Celebrate volunteer achievements and contributions.

• Help build a culture of joy, belonging, and accountability.

This is a foundational leadership role — you’ll shape how REMIX volunteers experience the movement.
