We’re remixing the future with skills, mentoring, wellbeing, and opportunities — all fuelled by the passion of volunteers who bring energy, guidance, and inspiration.

We’re searching for a Volunteering Programme Manager to design, grow, and lead the volunteer experience at REMIX.

The Role

As our Volunteering Programme Manager, you’ll be the architect of our volunteer journey — building a programme that attracts, nurtures, and retains the incredible people who make REMIX possible. You’ll:

• Create and oversee a dynamic volunteer programme that reflects REMIX’s vibrant ethos.

• Lead recruitment campaigns to bring in diverse, passionate role models.

• Design onboarding experiences that energise and inspire new volunteers.

• Champion retention by ensuring volunteers feel valued, supported, and celebrated.

• Work closely with trustees and programme leads to match volunteers with opportunities that make a real impact.
