Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated, resourceful, and innovative I.T Support Volunteer to join our team. As a predominantly remote charity, we will rely heavily on effective technology and systems to achieve our mission and goals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by building, managing and maintaining the digital infrastructure that supports our transformative work with young people.

Your Role as I.T Support Volunteer

As our I.T Support Volunteer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our technological capabilities are robust, efficient, and aligned with our strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• System Development and Management: Design and implement digital systems and workflows to enhance our operational efficiency and collaboration as a remote-first organisation.

• Technical Support: Provide I.T support to the team, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.

• Software and Tools Integration: Identify and recommend digital tools that align with our goals, and assist in their setup and integration.

• Data Security: Ensure the security and integrity of our data and systems in compliance with best practices.

• Training and Guidance: Empower our team by providing training and support to use the systems effectively.

What You Bring

• Strong I.T skills with experience in system development, software integration, and technical support.

• A passion for empowering young people and contributing to a meaningful cause.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Excellent communication and a willingness to share knowledge and expertise.

• Knowledge of data security and best practices for remote work is a plus.
