Remix Youth Charity is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to help us grow and nurture our team of changemakers, ensuring every volunteer feels valued, supported, and inspired and very much part of our close knit team and family.

About Remix Youth Charity

We’re a bold new youth social mobility charity based in London, working with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to boost their skills, experiences, and confidence. Through mentorship, opportunities, and positive role models, we help young people build the life toolbox they need to thrive.

Your Mission

As our Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that holds our volunteer team together, welcoming new volunteers, organising schedules, and creating a culture of connection, gratitude, and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage volunteer recruitment, onboarding and communication.

• Schedule meetings, check-ins, and team updates.

• Organise, deliver or source training opportunities that boost the confidence and skills of our volunteers.

• Create a welcoming and inclusive volunteer experience.

• Help build a positive team culture through recognition and support.

• Keep track of volunteer roles, hours, and impact stories.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• A warm, approachable personality with a love for people.

• Passion for youth empowerment and social justice.

• Experience with admin tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (bonus but not essential).
