Volunteer Shop Assistant

We are looking for volunteers to work with us in our new charity shop opening soon in Acle, Norwich.

It would be helpful if you have worked in retail before but it is not essential. If you have any previous customer service experience that would be an advantage. It's an exciting opportunity to join our already existing team of loyal volunteers.

We are asking that you volunteer for us for at least 4 to 6 hours a week (and if you can do more hours, that would be great), helping us to:

Serve customers

Sort donations

Assist with stock rotation

Help to keep the shop clean and tidy

Present items in a way that appeals to customers (merchandising)

We ask that you make a regular commitment to your shift. Training will be given.
