We're on the search for someone with a heart of gold, who is compassionate and has a passion for making a difference to peoples lives, joining our exciting new and inspiring start-up charity, called SUNSHINE. You will be joining our new charity as our HEAD OF SERVICE DELIVERY, where you will champion our new start-up, set up and manage initiatives and services, supporting our foundations and to get our brand new charity off the ground, registered and ready to launch our services to the public. You will be the driving force for our service delivery.

Our mission is bold yet simple: to foster connections, enhance their wellbeing and to help transform lives. 

As our HEAD OF SERVICE DELIVERY, you will be responsible for the following;

1. Programme Development and Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of services and initiatives aimed at combating social isolation and loneliness. Ensure all programmes align with SUNSHINE's mission and values.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring they are motivated, supported, and empowered to deliver exceptional services.

3. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement processes to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services, ensuring they meet high standards and make a meaningful impact.

4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with community partners, funders, and other stakeholders to enhance collaboration and support for SUNSHINE’s mission.

5. Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient use of resources, including budgeting, planning, and logistics, to maximise the charity's impact and sustainability.

6. Risk Management and Safeguarding: Ensure that all services are delivered safely and ethically, with robust safeguarding measures in place to protect those you support.

7. General Management: Assist the Founder and CEO in managing SUNSHINE and carrying our duties as a member of the Leadership Team.
