What You’ll Lead

This is not just a role — it’s a chance to build something meaningful from the ground up.

You will:

• Design and launch SUNSHINE’s entire volunteering programme.

• Create a culture of positivity, team spirit, and continuous improvement.

• Build the systems, processes, and structure that will support volunteers for years to come.

• Recruit, onboard, and nurture a diverse community of volunteers — from short‑term helpers to long‑term champions.

• Shape the volunteer experience so every person who joins feels valued, supported, and inspired.

• Help us bring our mission to life through people who give their time, energy, and heart.

This is a role for someone who loves people, believes in potential, and sees volunteering as a powerful force for change.
