SUNSHINE is a grassroots, volunteer‑powered charity creating joyful, welcoming spaces where no one stands alone. Our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do — and we want to give them the training and support they deserve.
We’re looking for a Learning & Development Lead to design and deliver a simple, engaging training programme that boosts volunteer confidence, builds skills and equips them to thrive in their roles.
What you’ll do

Identify training needs across our volunteer team

Source, design and develop training sessions and resources

Facilitate friendly, accessible workshops (online or in‑person)

Create a supportive learning environment where volunteers feel empowered

Help shape a culture of continuous learning and growth
This role is ideal for someone with experience in training, facilitation, HR, education or people development — or someone who simply loves helping others grow.
