At SUNSHINE, we believe that connection heals. We’re a new grassroots charity tackling loneliness in London through coffee mornings, digital inclusion, fitness, and befriending programmes. But none of this happens without our volunteers—the everyday heroes who bring warmth, kindness, and community to life.

We’re looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to volunteer and help shape the SUNSHINE Experience: a culture where volunteers feel valued, uplifted, and part of something bigger than themselves.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver volunteer recruitment campaigns across platforms and communities.

• Create inclusive role descriptions that reflect our values and welcome diverse applicants.

• Lead onboarding and training to ensure volunteers feel prepared and appreciated.

• Develop systems for ongoing support, recognition, and feedback.

• Help shape a culture of kindness, dignity, and shared purpose.
