SUNSHINE is a grassroots, volunteer‑powered charity creating joyful, welcoming spaces where no one stands alone. Our volunteers are the heart of everything we do — and we’re looking for someone special to help us grow and support this incredible team.
We’re seeking a Volunteer Programme Lead (Volunteer Role) to shape, develop and run our volunteer programme. You’ll help us recruit new volunteers, create a warm and supportive onboarding experience, and ensure everyone feels valued, connected and part of something meaningful.
