Responsibilities
Patient Support
• Provide emotional support, companionship, and active listening to patients.
• Engage patients in activities (e.g., conversation, reading, puzzles).
• Support patients with mobility and transfers.
Family and Caregiver Support
• Offer respite and emotional support to caregivers.
• Assist caregivers with practical tasks (e.g., errands, meal prep).
• Provide guidance and resources to caregivers.
Team Collaboration
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
