We are aiming to recruit an administrator to deal with the non-teaching or support activity within the organisation and ensure the effective undertaken completion of clerical tasks. In this rewarding opportunity this individual would be aiding us in our mission to support our service users and make a positive difference.
What are we looking for?
The candidate should have sound knowledge of and skills in basic administrative, financial recording and ICT skills, such as word processing and spreadsheet software. They should have GCSE English and Mathematics at grade 4/C or above or equivalent. They would need to be able to take minutes at board meetings of the charity's trustees and effectively record of the organisation's income and expenditure, along with the trustee with responsibility for finance, so that this can be contributed to the annual reports and return. It would also be useful if they could represent and promote the activities of the organisation at public events. They should also be able to work well independently and as part of a team. We also hope to recruit a candidate sympathetic and understanding towards people with disabilities.
What difference will you make?
This unpaid role will be pivotal in conducting administrative duties and tasks, thereby enabling us to fulfil our mission through an exciting time.
