We’re delivering a growing programme of community-led festivals and cultural events in Hastings, bringing together music, arts, food, and learning to create inclusive, welcoming experiences for local audiences.
We’re looking for a Volunteer Events Manager to help plan, coordinate, and support the delivery of our events across the year. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing ideas into reality — working with artists, venues, volunteers, and partners to help shape well-run, meaningful cultural events.
You’ll support event planning, scheduling, and coordination, help keep activity on track, and assist with live event delivery where appropriate. You’ll work closely with the project lead and core team, gaining insight into how community festivals are developed and delivered, while making a real contribution to cultural life in the town.
The role is flexible and can be adapted around other commitments. Some remote work is possible, with occasional on-site involvement during events. This is a great opportunity to build experience, apply existing skills, and be part of a creative, community-focused organisation.
