Treasurer/Accountant

​We’re looking for a Treasurer to join our team!​

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of those impacted by PMDD? PMDD stands for "Pre Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder", a severe mood disorder linked to the menstrual cycle. It is an often misunderstood condition that affects hundreds of thousands of people in the UK – but very few know what it is, including healthcare professionals. 

The PMDD Project is growing, and we need a Treasurer to help us manage our finances and make sure we are staying compliant with legal requirements. 

 Duties include:
 

• Overseeing financial activities such as donations, partnerships, and grant management, ensuring all income and expenditures are properly documented. 
• Assisting in developing fundraising strategies to support the charity’s goals, including funding research and creating resources for the PMDD community.
• Ensuring the charity meets its obligation to submit annual accounts and reports to the Charity Commission on time and in accordance with legal standards.

Our ideal candidate would have experience with charity accounting and financial reporting.
