Volunteer office assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Office and Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations at Their Future Today. This role involves a variety of tasks, including basic administration, bookkeeping, and managing online sales of donated items. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, has a flair for multitasking, and is keen to make a significant impact in a nonprofit environment.
Key Responsibilities

Office Management: Assist in managing the daily administrative operations of the office, including filing, answering phones, and maintaining supplies.

Bookkeeping: Help maintain financial records, including invoicing, processing expenses, and preparing reports as needed under the guidance of our finance team.

Sales Coordination: Manage the online sale of donation prizes on platforms like eBay, including listing items, handling customer queries, and processing shipments.

General Support: Assist with other administrative and ad-hoc tasks to support various teams as required.
Requirements

Skills and Experience: Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). Experience in bookkeeping or using accounting software is a plus.
