At Unlock YOUR Potential, we believe that an "accident of birth" shouldn’t dictate a person’s destination. We are a new London-based charity dedicated to breaking the cycle of deprivation through holistic employability, wellbeing, and mentoring programmes.

We have the vision; now we need the culture to sustain it.

The Mission:

We are looking for a strategic and empathetic Volunteer Head of People, Culture, and Talent to architect our human foundations. You won’t just be "filling roles"—you will be the guardian of our values, ensuring that our team (both staff and volunteers) is as empowered, diverse, and supported as the participants we serve.

What You’ll Do:

  • Culture Architect: Define the internal "vibe" and values that make us a world-class place to volunteer and work.

  • Talent Strategy: Lead the recruitment of passionate mentors and specialists who share our mission.

  • Growth & Wellbeing: Design simple, effective frameworks for personal development and mental health, mirroring our external programmes for our internal team.

  • Strategic Leadership: Act as a key advisor to the founders on all things "people."
