Ignite Youth is a brand-new, ambitious youth club dedicated to empowering young people (ages 11-18) across East London. While our frontline youth workers create the magic, we need a strong, professional back-office team to ensure our operations are efficient, compliant, and ready for growth. We are looking for skilled individuals to help us build a strong foundation for the future.

We are seeking skilled and reliable volunteers to contribute their professional expertise in areas where we need it most. This is a project-based, flexible role ideal for professionals, retirees, or students looking to gain strategic experience within the charity sector.
We have immediate needs for support in the following areas:
- Recruitment/HR: Drafting role descriptions, managing applications, onboarding new volunteers, and maintaining records.
- Administration: Organising digital files, managing database input, scheduling meetings, and developing policy templates.
- Marketing/Comms: Scheduling social media posts, writing newsletters, and maintaining website content.
- Fundraising Support: Researching small grant opportunities and assisting with basic application form completion.
Key Responsibilities (Specific to your area of interest):

Applying existing professional skills to complete defined projects and tasks.

Maintaining clear communication with the Founder/Trustee Board on project progress.

Upholding data protection and confidentiality standards (training provided).
What We're Looking For
