VOLUNTEERS WANTED!

Experienced Youth Workers – Managers • Team Leaders • Lead Youth Workers • Specialist Youth Workers

Calling Bold Mentors and Passionate Guides

Urban Youth is on a mission to build a new start-up youth work charity that champions the voices of young Londoners. We’re looking for experienced Youth Workers who are ready to inspire, connect, and lead. Whether your calling is mentoring, managing, facilitating safe spaces, or providing specialist support—we have a place for your purpose and goals.

Time Commitment: Flexible – can range from a few hours a week to regular involvement depending on your role and availability.

Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept It:

  • Take up a core youth work role where your experience will directly impact the lives of young Londoners.

  • Step into leadership as a Manager, Team Leader, or Lead Youth Worker to guide the design and delivery of meaningful youth programmes.

  • Offer specialist support in areas such as mental health, identity, creative arts, employability, or community development.

  • Help shape the culture and structures of Urban Youth from the grassroots up—building a safe, joyful, and inclusive environment that sparks self discovery and broadens horizons.

  • Inspire resilience, confidence, and connection in young people facing life’s challenges head-on.

Urban Youth is more than a charity—it’s a movement of hope, growth, and belonging. Our youth workers aren’t just facilitators; they’re catalysts for transformation, role models who guide and nurture young people to be better, inspired, empowered and ready to face the world around them.

Ready to lead, uplift, and empower the next generation? Let’s build unforgettable futures—together.
