Volunteer Graphic Designer: Shape the Symbols of a Nation

Do you have a gift for visual storytelling and a passion for crafting iconic designs that speak to identity, heritage, and unity? Our Youth Citizenship and Culture Project is seeking a visionary Graphic Designer to help build the visual language of a new national identity initiative.

We're a grassroots youth work charity dedicated to exploring and celebrating citizenship, belonging, and shared values across communities. Through this project, we aim to create a compelling visual identity that resonates with people from all walks of life, and has been created by young people themselves.

In this creative and meaningful role, you will:

• Design the Symbols: Create Flags, Coat of Arms, Stamps, and other emblems that reflect the spirit of national identity.

• Craft the Identity: Develop Logos, Posters, and visual assets that unify our message and inspire pride.

• Build the Archive: Help establish a visual legacy that will be used across exhibitions, educational materials, and digital platforms.

• Capture the Vision: Translate abstract ideas of citizenship and belonging into bold, beautiful visuals that speak to everyone.

We're looking for someone with a strong portfolio, a love for cultural symbolism, and the ability to design with both heart and precision. Whether you're a student, professional, or self-taught creative—if you believe in the power of design to bring people together, we want to hear from you.
