Urban Youth is a brand‑new youth work charity in inner London, created to inspire and empower young people aged 11–19. We’re building positive spaces where young people can discover themselves, connect with others, and grow into confident, capable leaders of tomorrow.

To make this vision a reality, we’re looking for passionate people to join our Trustee Board / Management Committee.

The role:

• Volunteer commitment: Quarterly meetings (with flexibility around involvement in between). Minimum 1 year committment.

• Guide and support Urban Youth from set‑up, launch, and into long‑term success.

• Help shape strategy, governance, and impact.

• Be part of the team that ensures our charity thrives and delivers real change.

• Passion for youth work or empowering young people in inner London.

• Vision, commitment, and a belief in the power of community.

• People who want to use their skills, experience, and energy to make a difference.
