We're on the lookout for founding Trustees to join our team and help us launch something incredible!

We're not your average charity. We're a new youth-led movement focused on getting young people off their screens and into real-life adventures. Our mission is to spark discovery, forge friendships, and build a positive community for 11-19 year olds across London. From exciting workshops to epic outdoor activities, we're all about creating unforgettable memories and helping young people thrive.

We want every young person who comes through our doors to leave with more confidence, better social skills, and the tools they need to succeed in life. This is your chance to be part of something that will change lives for years to come.

As a startup, we need committed, passionate people to help us shape our vision from the ground up. You don't need any prior experience - we believe that a mix of fresh perspectives and diverse skills is what makes a team strong. We just need your energy, dedication, and a desire to make a difference.

Your Mission as a Trustee

This is more than just a volunteer role. You'll be instrumental in laying the groundwork for a charity that will become a cherished part of London's community. You'll join a team of up to eight trustees and help with everything from strategy to governance.

• Time: We ask for a minimum of 3 hours per month, including five board meetings a year. At times arranged to suit the Trustees.

• Location: Meetings are a mix of online and in-person in London.

• Term: Appointments are for an initial three-year term.
