WANTED: THE SYSTEM PROTECTOR.

ROLE: VOLUNTEER ADMIN & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

THE MISSION: FORTIFY THE BRAND. SECURE THE DROP.

URBAN YOUTH moves fast, but we never move reckless. To drop high-impact interventions on the street, we need a backbone of steel. We need an Admin & Compliance Manager who finds beauty in the details and power in the process.

You are the one who ensures our "Crew" is vetted, our "Drops" are insured, and our "Data" is locked down. You turn the "boring stuff" into a competitive advantage.

We have the energy. You have the infrastructure.

THE MISSION DEBRIEF

Your objective is to build a "Bulletproof" operational foundation:

  • THE COMPLIANCE SHIELD: Managing the "Specs"—DBS checks, risk assessments, and insurance. You make sure we’re legal so we can be loud.

  • THE DATA VAULT: Keeping our community info organised, GDPR-compliant, and ready for "Mission Debriefs" (Impact Reporting).

  • THE CREW ONBOARDING: Managing the paperwork that turns a "Volunteer" into an "Official Crew Member."

  • THE INBOX CONTROLLER: Streamlining the comms between the Board, the Co-CEOs, and our partners.

THE SPECS

Who you are:

  • Methodical: You don't just "check" a box; you verify it. You have an eye for detail that others miss.

  • Problem Solver: You see a messy spreadsheet and your first instinct is to build a system to fix it.

  • Discrete: You understand the weight of handling sensitive community data.

  • High-Contrast Thinker: You can balance "Strict Compliance" with the "Street Energy" of the brand.
