ROLE: VOLUNTEER CREW TRAINER
THE MISSION: SHARPEN THE CREW. ARM THE FRONT LINE.
A "Drop" is only as good as the people on the ground. Our volunteers aren't just supervisors; they are the Role Models, the Mentors, and the First Responders for the next generation.
We need a volunteer Trainer who can take a raw volunteer and turn them into an elite "Field Agent." You are the one who ensures our Crew is safe, skilled, and high-impact from the moment the van doors open.
If you know how to build leaders out of people, we need your brain.
THE MISSION DEBRIEF
Your objective is to build a "Ready-for-Anything" volunteer force:

THE FRONTLINE SKILLS: Training the Crew on dynamic engagement—how to start a conversation on a street corner, how to de-escalate, and how to inspire.

THE ROLE MODEL BLUEPRINT: Teaching the "Urban Youth Code"—how to lead with consistency, empathy, and authority without being a "teacher."

THE ADAPTIVE WORKSHOP: Running high-energy, practical training sessions (not boring lectures) that simulate real-world street scenarios.

THE MENTORSHIP GEAR: Equipping our volunteers with the psychological tools to support young people through short-term, high-impact interventions.

The Veteran: You’ve been there. You’ve worked the streets, the clubs, or the schools, and you know what actually works (and what doesn't).

The Motivator: You can command a room and get people hyped to learn.

Relatable: You can translate complex safeguarding and youth-work theory into "Street-Technical" language that sticks.
