Urban Youth is a brand new start-up youth work charity on a mission to ignite positive change in London. We'll be getting young people off their screens and into a community built on fun, connection, and real-world experiences. To achieve this, we need an incredible team of volunteers who are just as passionate and dedicated as we are. That's where you come in.
We are looking for a special team of volunteers to help us build our entire volunteer programme from the ground up. If you have a bubbly personality, love people, and have a knack for bringing out the best in others, this is the role for you!
What You'll Do:

Recruit & Onboard: Be the welcoming face of Urban Youth. You'll help find, interview, and onboard new volunteers who share our passion.

Build Our Culture: Help us create a vibrant, positive, and supportive team spirit where every volunteer feels valued, supported, and empowered.

Lead by Example: Model the positive, can-do attitude we want to see in our volunteers and young people.

Provide Training: Help develop and deliver engaging training sessions that equip our volunteers with the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

Support Our Volunteers: Be a go-to person for our volunteers, ensuring they feel connected, supported, and celebrated.
What We're Looking For:
You don't need formal HR experience. What you need is a passion for people, excellent communication skills, and a contagiously positive attitude. If you're a natural-born connector who loves to laugh and genuinely enjoys helping others feel their best, you're exactly who we're looking for.
