We’re seeking a passionate Youth Charity Manager/Director to lead our start-up phase and shape a future that belongs to the next generation.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

• Lead the Start-Up Journey: Drive the establishment and registration of our new youth work charity.

• Build with Purpose: Design and implement foundational systems and services that reflect our values.

• Inspire & Mobilise: Coordinate and energise a small team of volunteers to bring Urban Youth’s vision to life.

• Collaborate with Trustees: Work hand-in-hand with our committed board to ensure strategic alignment and accountability.

• Champion Young People: Amplify their voices, needs, and aspirations in everything we do.

Time Commitment:

• Flexible volunteer hours, ideally around 5–8 hours per week

• Participation in monthly Trustee meetings (one evening a month, 7–9pm)
