Volunteer Retail Assistant - Chapel-en-le-Frith Lighthouse Charity Shop

Join Our Team of Charity Shop Volunteers! 

Are you looking to make a difference in your local community? Do you enjoy meeting people, working as part of a team, or getting hands-on behind the scenes? Valley CiDS is looking for friendly and enthusiastic volunteers to support our retail charity shop.

Volunteer Roles Available:
We welcome volunteers for all areas of the shop, including:

• Serving Customers: Providing a warm welcome and delivering excellent customer service.
• Stock Processing: Sorting, steaming, pricing, and hanging donated items to prepare them for sale.
• Shop Floor Presentation: Helping create attractive displays to showcase our stock and appeal to customers.
• Till Operation: Assisting with transactions and handling cash confidently and responsibly (full training will be provided).
