Type: Volunteer (Flexible/Project-based)

Category: Creative, Design, & Marketing

The Opportunity

The Principality of Lys is looking for a talented and visionary Graphic Designer to help establish our visual brand identity. As a burgeoning micro-state dedicated to the values of beauty, culture, honour, and community, we need a creative partner to bring our aesthetic vision to life.

From official seals and logos to public-facing brochures, digital campaigns, and commemorative merchandise, you will have a unique opportunity to build the visual language of a nation from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Brand Development: Refining and expanding upon our core branding, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.

  • Content Creation: Designing high-impact assets for our social media presence and digital promotional campaigns.

  • Print & Layout: Designing professional-grade booklets, brochures, and informational materials for potential citizens and stakeholders.

  • Merchandise Design: Creating concepts for cultural merchandise that celebrates the heritage and spirit of the Principality.

  • Collaborative Design: Working closely with our leadership team to ensure all visual assets reflect our core values.

Who You Are

  • You are a skilled graphic designer with a strong portfolio showing versatility in layout, branding, and digital design.

  • You possess an eye for elegance and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.

  • You are comfortable working independently and are proficient in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, etc.).

  • You have a passion for unique, community-driven projects and are excited by the challenge of defining a new visual identity.

Why Volunteer With Us?

  • Creative Ownership: This is a rare opportunity to have a significant, lasting impact on the brand identity of an emerging micro-state.

  • Build Your Portfolio: Showcase your range by working on a diverse array of projects—from digital marketing to print design and product branding.

  • Join a Vision: Play a central role in shaping how the world perceives the Principality of Lys.

How to Apply

If you are ready to help us craft the visual legacy of Lys, please submit a brief introduction along with a link to your portfolio or examples of your previous design work via CharityJob website.

Please note: This is a volunteer role suitable for someone looking to contribute their creative skills to a unique, mission-driven project.
