Job description

Seabex

We optimize agricultural water use through AI-powered irrigation recommendations and verified environmental impact measurement.

Fundraising Advisor

We are not looking for someone to learn fundraising on our dime. We are looking for someone who has been in the room — and is ready to help us get there.
Seabex is an AI-powered agricultural water intelligence platform operating across France, Tunisia, and Spain. We help 500+ farmers optimize irrigation across 60,000+ hectares using satellite imagery and agronomic AI, with independently validated water savings of 16 to 40%. We are currently raising a €3M SAFE round at a €20M valuation cap, with a growing investor pipeline spanning EU, the UK, and the US.
As our Fundraising Advisor, you will bring your network and judgment to bear on a live round. That means making warm introductions to climate-tech and agri-tech investors, helping us identify the right funds and partners we may not yet be on the radar of, advising on pitch positioning and materials, and sharing honest strategic input on how to accelerate and close this raise. We have the traction, the technology, and the team. We need someone who knows how to translate that into a signed term sheet.
What we are looking for Someone with direct experience in venture capital, startup fundraising, or climate-tech investment — as a founder who has raised, an investor, an advisor, or a fund operator. You have a real network in the European or US climate-tech ecosystem and are willing to activate it. You are candid, strategic, and motivated by the mission as much as the mechanics.
What you get A meaningful role in one of the most credible water intelligence companies in Europe, at a decisive moment. Direct collaboration with the founding team. Visibility into a fast-moving climate-tech story with validated impact. And the satisfaction of helping close a round that will fund the infrastructure for corporate water accountability across the continent.
