About the Role

CoachActivism is seeking a short term to long term volunteer to support our fundraising efforts through grant research and writing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying funding opportunities and helping craft clear, compelling applications that communicate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Grant Research
  Identify and review grant opportunities that align with CoachActivism’s mission and programs
• Opportunity Tracking
  Maintain an organized tracker of deadlines, requirements, and application statuses
• Grant Writing Support
  Assist with drafting and editing grant applications (with guidance and input from our team)
• Content Coordination
  Compile relevant materials such as program descriptions, impact information, and supporting data

Skills & Experience

Preferred:

• Strong writing and editing skills
• Research skills and attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Interest in social impact, advocacy, or nonprofit work

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience with grant writing or fundraising
• Familiarity with nonprofit terminology or reporting

Time Commitment

• Approximately 1-2 hours per week
• Option for short-term or ongoing involvement
