Product Manager

As EcoVerum's Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap and ensure we build the right thing — for the right users — at the right time. With farmers, cooperatives, Eurofins and enterprise partners all feeding into the platform, you will be the bridge between our tech team and the real-world decisions our customers need to make every day.
Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap from MVP to scale, balancing speed with strategic focus
• Translate inputs from farmers, cooperatives and enterprise partners into clear, prioritised features and user stories
• Work closely with the Full Stack Developer and data team to ensure technical delivery stays aligned with customer needs
• Define and track product KPIs — from farm onboarding rates to data integration milestones
• Run user interviews, field visits and feedback sessions with farmers and cooperative managers
• Manage stakeholder expectations across a diverse set of partners — from individual farmers to €1.9 billion agri-food corporates
• Ensure the MVP is validated with real users before scaling
• Work with the Fundraising Lead to align product milestones with investor narratives

You bring:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or data platform environment
• The ability to work across highly technical and non-technical stakeholders with equal confidence
• A structured, outcome-driven approach to prioritisation — you know what to say no to
• Experience with agile workflows, sprint planning and product tooling
• Affinity with agriculture, sustainability or food systems is a strong plus
• A genuine belief in EcoVerum's mission to restore biodiversity from farm to fork
