Job description
Youth On The Rise
We train peers to deliver digital, life-skills, menstrual support and career programmes that mobilize communities.
Programme Design and Development Lead
- Design and develop new Youth On The Rise initiatives and programmes
- Conduct research on youth needs, emerging trends, and best practices
- Create programme concepts, implementation plans, and participant journeys
- Develop training outlines, mentorship structures, workshops, and learning materials
- Design monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure programme success
- Work with the Operations and Strategy Lead to ensure programmes are realistic and scalable
- Support pilot projects and recommend improvements based on feedback
- Document programme models and processes for future growth
Minimum Hours per Week:
4-6 hours per week
