Social Media Content Creators

Spher is an app, just days from going live! Now we need to move fast.   We’re a Swedish startup building a safety and community app for women, and we’re now looking for 1–2 creative, driven people who want to help us grow on Instagram and TikTok. We're searching for autonomous persons who can take charge of the marketing, with help from the founder.   

This is for you if you:

• Stay updated on trends and know what’s best to post on Instagram and TikTok.
• Are not afraid to take initiative and lead ideas
• Enjoy creating content or directing what should be created
• Are comfortable being on camera or guiding others (e.g. the founder) on what to film
• Know how to engage with persons and communities, and build relationships online

What you’ll do:

• Come up with reel ideas that are relatable, engaging, and shareable
• Spot and adapt trends to fit our audience
• Help us grow and connect with other communities on IG and TikTok
• Move fast and test content that actually works
• Study the statistics and see what posts we should focus on more often
• Comment and interact with other accounts on Instagram and TikTok.

What we talk about: Women, feminism, equality, safety, community, entrepreneurship/growing a startup, and real-life experiences for women. The roof is high and there are no filters!
