Hekima is a Tanzanian organization dedicated to promoting child rights and protecting youth from violence. They achieve this through community accountability, empowering children and young people to demand their rights and re-strengthening child protection systems. Their focus areas include street children, child labor, and child trafficking.

Report Reviewer and Writer

Volunteer Role Description (remote, unpaid)

1. Review the Report and Align with Existing Documents Ensure the report aligns with organizational documents such as the strategic plan, environmental analysis, and intervention framework. Cross-reference information to maintain consistency and coherence across all materials.
2. Collaborate with Concerned Members Conduct meetings with relevant team members to discuss reporting requirements and gather necessary insights or clarifications.
3. Review Organizational and National Documents Examine internal organizational documents and external national policy documents to incorporate relevant data and ensure compliance with national standards.
4. Produce a Credible Report Develop a well-structured, accurate, and credible report that reflects the organization’s goals, activities, and achievements effectively. Present findings and recommendations in a professional and actionable format.
