Report Reviewer and Writer
Volunteer Role Description (remote, unpaid)
- Review the Report and Align with Existing Documents Ensure the report aligns with organizational documents such as the strategic plan, environmental analysis, and intervention framework. Cross-reference information to maintain consistency and coherence across all materials.
- Collaborate with Concerned Members Conduct meetings with relevant team members to discuss reporting requirements and gather necessary insights or clarifications.
- Review Organizational and National Documents Examine internal organizational documents and external national policy documents to incorporate relevant data and ensure compliance with national standards.
- Produce a Credible Report Develop a well-structured, accurate, and credible report that reflects the organization’s goals, activities, and achievements effectively. Present findings and recommendations in a professional and actionable format.
