Join Us and Help create jobs and opportunities for autistic people and people with learning disabilities

Yes2Ventures is seeking new Trustees to join our dynamic and values-led Board — including a Treasurer who can help guide our financial sustainability and growth.

We’re particularly keen to hear from people with experience in:
- Charity finance, accounting, or investment (for the Treasurer role)
- Community development, health and wellbeing
- Enterprise and social business
- HR, governance or legal expertise
- Experience of disability, neurodivergence, or mental health (lived or professional)

We welcome applications from people from all walks of life, especially those from groups currently underrepresented in governance roles. You don’t need to have been a trustee before — if you’re committed to our mission and willing to learn, we’ll support you.

Who we are:
Yes2Ventures creates meaningful opportunities for people who are distant from the labour market, through the development of enterprises that have a mission to train and support such people.

Time commitment: Approx. 1 board meeting per month, plus optional subgroups and occasional events. Meetings are held in Sheffield.
