About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Website Designer to help us transition our current website onto the Hostinger website builder platform and significantly enhance its visibility through effective SEO strategies. This role is ideal for someone with experience in web design who would like to support a thriving community arts organisation and contribute to increasing our reach and impact.

You’ll work both independently and collaboratively with our team, ensuring the website aligns visually and strategically with our brand, communications, and accessibility goals.

We will consider applicants who wish to hold a temporary position (12 weeks minimum).

Key Responsibilities:

• Rebuild and restructure our existing website using the Hostinger website builder

• Improve site navigation, layout, page structure, and user experience

• Optimise all pages for SEO performance, including keywords, metadata, and search visibility

• Ensure mobile optimisation and fast loading performance

• Integrate analytics tools to monitor site traffic and user engagement

• Coordinate with our PR and social media teams so the site aligns with ongoing campaigns and messaging

• Provide basic training or guidance to team members on how to edit/update the site post-build

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with IONOS website building tools (or similar drag-and-drop platforms)

• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices

• Good eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Interest in arts, culture, inclusivity, or community-driven organisations is a plus

Time Commitment:

• During the initial build/transition period: approx. 10–15 hours per week (negotiable)

• Once the site is established: potentially 2–4 hours a week for maintenance / updates

• Remote role — however applicants in the Southwest of England are welcome to be more involved in our activities if desired

The Jawbone Collective CIC is a non-profit creative organisation based in the Southwest of England, dedicated to nurturing poets and writers across the Wessex region. Since 2019, we’ve evolved from a publishing-focused group into a wider creative hub offering workshops, events, publications, and artistic opportunities.

We champion underrepresented voices — including neurodivergent, disabled, LGBTQIA+, and working-class creatives — and actively challenge industry barriers to make literary and creative spaces more accessible and equitable.

Remote Volunteer — Integrity Syariah Foundation

ZAKKI is a social startup focusing on creating an inclusive community for the elderly and people with disabilities. Our mission is to facilitate alms and donations collection and distribution to help the elderly and people with disabilities who work in the informal sector to get better livelihood through micro-business management, giving them greater market exposure.

We are still redesigning ZAKKI fully function product. We are expecting to develop the ZAKKI fully function product in the upcoming years.

With our expanding project and program, we needed professional remote volunteer to help us manage our social impact and social caused project/program to cater the community, society, and the beneficiaries in expeditious way.

The DIRECTOR will lead and manage the respective department that they choose to be part in. The Director will collaborate with the UIUX Manager and Developer Manager to manage and lead the project/department.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company’s day-to-day business operations (managing budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues).

Responsibilities
 •  Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
 •  Determine the product/project’s strategic growth as part of the executive team
 •  Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects

General Requirement:
•  Very effective interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building;
•  Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands;
•  In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of donors and collaborators' trust and confidence
•  Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools:
•  ⁃ Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, Asana or equivalent
•  ⁃ Google Suite/Google Workspace, all Office Tools
•  Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level;
•  Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view;
•  More than 5 years of professional working experience and around 2 years managerial working experience; or having MBA education with at least 1 year managerial working experience;

Specific Requirement:
Knowledge of one or more of these skills below is preferred;
•  Knowledge of UI/UX Designing process
•  Able to use versioning control systems such as GIT, GitLab, Github.
•  Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
•  Personal characters/empathy-related particular issues that aim to be solved by the project;

We’re looking for reliable, tech-savvy people who’d like to use their digital or IT skills to help improve our online systems and website.

As a Web and IT Support Volunteer, you’ll help us keep our website up to date, support digital record-keeping and assist with maintaining efficient systems that help us work effectively. You’ll play an important role in helping us stay connected, accessible and organised across our programmes.

This role is ideal for someone with an interest in IT, websites or digital operations who wants to make a practical contribution to community-focused work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Updating website pages with new events, news and programme information
• Supporting the layout and accessibility of website content
• Uploading photos, articles or updates to digital platforms
• Helping staff and volunteers use digital tools
• Assisting with digital forms, data collection and record management
• Providing basic troubleshooting support or referring technical issues to the appropriate person
• Helping test and improve the digital tools and systems used by the team
