• To assist the Head of People & Culture and the People Partnering team by providing a comprehensive administration service
• To act as first point of contact for new queries to the people team, from all employees to the People Partnering team, triaging and signing posting them.
• To be the primary contact for queries relating to SelectHR, our HR system
• To ensure that accurate records are maintained on SelectHR
• To provide People partnering reports as necessary
• Devise and maintain an up-to-date Procedures Manual for all HR Administration duties
• Help manage office supplies and facilities requirements
• Assist in the streamlining and automation of processes to improve operational efficiency
• To undertake other or additional duties that are within your skills and abilities as the organisation may reasonably require from time to time.
• Arrange and manage all Occupational Health clinics and appointments
• Liaise with the external provider to ensure seamless provision of services
• Liaise with internal managers to ensure that staff attend appointments
• Oversee the delivery of the seasonal flu vaccination programme
• Ensure all surveillance and other health checks are monitored and are up to date
• Streamline People Partnering Administrative processes through the adoption of digital solutions

As the Senior Impact Manager, Motorsports Engagement, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with motorsports employers to support young people from underrepresented backgrounds into early career opportunities. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

DELIVERY OF MOTORSPORTS ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY (70%)

• Play a key role in the development and execution of Mission 44’s new Motorsports strategy, to create access opportunities for young people from underrepresented backgrounds within STEM sectors, particularly motorsports.

• Build trusted relationships with key motorsport employers and stakeholders, including F1, F1 teams, FIA, and relevant STEM employers, to drive sector-wide change, focusing on increasing demand for underrepresented talent, adoption of inclusive recruitment practices, and awareness of Mission 44’s work and impact.

• Apply and continually improve the convening strategy and toolkits to Mission 44’s STEM work, helping determine when and how convening can most effectively support our goal of inspiring and supporting young people (aged 14–30) in the UK and US to access careers in STEM and motorsport.

• Collaborate with the Engagement Directorate, nonprofit partners and corporates to design and deliver high-impact STEM career experiences at Formula 1 races and other key events - some of which will be international - ensuring alignment with Mission 44’s objectives and offering young people meaningful exposure to career pathways.

EXTERNAL REPRESENTATION AND ENGAGEMENT (20%)

• Represent Mission 44 at Motorsport industry events, donor meetings, clearly articulating our global mission and impact with tailored messaging for each audience.

• Support cultivation and stewardship efforts as requested by the Engagement Directorate, engaging prospective donors and prioritising meetings that deliver the greatest strategic value.

• Advocate for Mission 44 at high-profile events and stakeholder meetings, championing greater industry engagement and driving impact.

• Support our storytelling and communications efforts to highlight success and progress while spotlighting challenges to potentially shape future advocacy.

MONITORING AND LEARNING (10%)

• Support the Head of Impact, STEM Pathways and the Head of Strategy and Learning to collect key impact data.

ABOUT YOU: SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Make a difference in your community

We’re looking for a Development Co-ordinator to help shape and deliver a vibrant programme for older Nepalese women (50+) in Greenwich. This is a hands-on role focused on improving health and wellbeing, reducing isolation, and strengthening access to community and mainstream services.

You’ll work directly with women from the local Nepalese community to design and deliver meaningful activities, build trusted relationships, and ensure the programme reflects the voices and needs of those taking part.

What you’ll be doing

Developing and delivering the programme

• Plan and run weekly group sessions, monthly outings, an annual health event, and an Advisory Group

• Co-produce health and wellbeing activities with participants, volunteers, and partners

About this role

SPANA is investing in its Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) function. We have established an independent MEAL team within the Global Programmes Directorate (GPD), led by a Head of Data Insights and MEAL. The MEAL team plays a critical role in ensuring that SPANA’s programmes are effective, responsive and continuously progressing to improve the welfare of working animals globally. The MEAL team works closely with SPANA partners based in different countries and with SPANA colleagues across departments.

Reporting to the MEAL Manager, the Data Management Officer is a key role in SPANA’s MEAL team. The role oversees the full data cycle, including supporting partners with consistent data collection, improving data quality assurance, maintaining data systems, setting standards, co-ordinating consolidation of programme data and producing clear analysis and visualisation. Mind in Croydon is seeking to recruit a full time Independent Mental Health Advocate (IMHA)  to join our small, dedicated team of Independent Mental Health Advocates working to provide advocacy services to adults subjected to detention under the Mental Health Act in the London Borough of Croydon to ensure they understand, express and exercise their rights, and to enable them to access essential services. The advocacy team also provides Community Mental Health Advocacy for people who are informal patients in psychiatric hospital or living in the community and provides weekly advocacy service at two InMind Healthcare Group hospitals in Croydon.

This role is suitable for a fully qualified Independent Mental Health Advocate (IMHA) with a proven ability to support people under the Mental Health Act. We are not considering trainee positions at this time.

As our Finance Business Partner you will regularly support and advise UK team leaders and senior managers to review financial aspects of their financial performance and plans, working closely with People, Finance & IT, Policy and Campaigns, and parts of the international programmes directorates. 

• Regularly advise UK team leaders and senior manager to review financial aspects of their operational plans.

• Continue to develop the systematic forecasting process for departments and ensure robust 3 year financial plans are implemented 

• Support strategic decision making on long term financial plans and modelling, supporting WAUKs 10 year strategy 

• Develop enhanced self-service reporting relevant at budget holder and department level that supports optimal decision-making 

• Create efficient finance processes that best deliver the needs of the organisation 

• Provide training and advice to build the financial management competencies of budget holders 

• Work closely with the wider finance and IS team on delivering the organisational priorities 

Requirements

To be successful, you will need: 

• Completed a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA). 

• Experience of formulating, overseeing and reporting on operational plans, including KPIs. 

• Demonstrable innovative ability; using data and insight to inform recommendations for improvements to products, processes or activities. 

• Proven experience of using insight and analysis to provide trends, inform and drive business decisions. 

• Keen interest in information systems, ability to learn new systems quickly. 

• Experience of accounting for restricted funds, preferably in an international organisation. 

• Adaptability to build effective working relationships with both finance and non-finance colleagues and work in a collaborative way.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

The Lead Coach is primarily responsible for overseeing the training room and group sessions with young people. You will help shape the training environment and will confidently adapt and deliver materials and sessions to work within the group’s development towards work readiness.

Delivery of Spear Programme - Group and 1:1 coaching [60%]

• Preparing and coaching Spear Foundation sessions and 1-1s, ensuring that young people are engaged, retained and work-ready by the end of this initial phase of the programme.
• Building relationships with young people on the programme and managing culture, and attitudes in the training room.
• Adapting the Spear coaching material according to the needs of the Trainees and managing behaviour effectively.

Delivery of Spear Career [20%]

• Delivering weekly Spear Career sessions (including running workshops with past Trainees), maintaining records and reporting on statistics, and creatively developing ongoing relationships with Spear Trainees.

Training the Asssistant Coach [10%]

• Contributing towards the training and developing of the Assistant Coach by modelling excellent coaching and giving regular feedback.

Trainee recruitment [10%]

• Developing relationships with Job Centres and local referral agencies to ensure that the maximum number of Spear Trainees are enrolled on each programme. This involves liaising with referral agencies, active face-to-face recruitment and monitoring recruitment statistics.

Continuous professional development

• Continually engaging in professional development, including being part of Resurgo’s wider coaching programmes and supporting the Church Partnerships Managers with overall team training and development.
