Artswork is looking for a Data Protection & Impact Manager to lead Artswork’s approach to data so we operate safely and legally, and so that data informs every area of our work, shapes our planning, and enables us to demonstrate the impact of our programmes. This role works closely with the Evaluation & Impact Manager, and focuses specifically on data protection, data analysis and data reporting e.g. to funders.
We are looking for someone to lead on data analysis and data protection within Artswork, embedding a data-led approach to our work. Working closely with the (part-time) Evaluation & Impact Manager, you will not only provide expertise in data generation across the organisation but also insightful analysis of the data to feed into the organisation’s strategic decision-making. You’ll be skilled in using tools that enable us to aggregate, manipulate and visualise data. You’ll be able to generate reports at different levels, from overviews to granular detail, and you’ll be willing and able to do accurate, capable data entry when needed (for example onto funders’ reporting platforms). You’ll liaise with other teams around their data requirements, particularly the Co-CEOs, Fundraising and Sales & Marketing. You’ll also lead on Data Protection for the organisation, training team members, generating ‘how to’ guides for colleagues and ensuring that our data protection policies and procedures are updated and compliant with current legislation.

This role is perfect for a proactive, experienced, relational fundraiser who is excited by the opportunity to make a lasting difference in Merton, and enjoys working as part of a small, committed team.
Your primary focus will be to agree and meet fundraising targets by developing new relationships with corporates, trusts, foundations, and individuals. You will be responsible for building a robust fundraising pipeline, creating a long-term development strategy, and embedding an efficient and effective fundraising function within the organisation.

Merton Connected strengthens the voluntary, community and faith sector and supports charitable organisations across the borough through training, advice, volunteering and partnership building. We pioneered social prescribing in Merton, now embedded in every GP practice for over a decade. We also deliver Healthwatch Merton, the Home Visits Library and Merton Giving.
Merton Giving is our collaborative grant-giving programme through which we work with local people and organisations to raise funds that are distributed to local community organisations to tackle issues identified by local people. About this job
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the MS Society in Northern Ireland. As the Quality Assurance and NI Resource Centre Manager, you will be the driving force behind our NI Resource Centre on Annadale Avenue in Belfast, ensuring it remains a vibrant, well-managed hub for the MS community.
You will play a vital role in connecting the services delivered at the Centre to the wider community, fostering engagement and ensuring our supporters and service users receive excellent care. The Resource Centre is not only a focal point for activities and support but also serves as a key hub for our staff and volunteers.
