We’re looking for a Supply Chain and Administration Planner to join our team at the Royal British Legion, helping keep things running smoothly in our warehouse. In this role, you’ll be managing stock levels, processing purchase orders, and making sure goods are moving in and out of the warehouse efficiently. You’ll also work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to support daily tasks and help plan in-house stock production.

A big part of the job is making sure the warehouse technology is up to date and works well with our processes. You’ll be responsible for things like warehouse mapping, tracking key performance metrics, and generating reports to help with decision-making. You’ll need to keep an eye on stock levels and flag any issues with suppliers, working with other teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
You’ll also be the go-to person for our Delta Warehouse Management System, helping users with any issues and making sure everyone has the right access. If there’s a problem, you’ll work with our IT team or external suppliers to get it sorted. Accuracy is key, especially when it comes to keeping stock records and making sure deliveries are logged properly.
There’s also a creative side to the role, as you’ll be editing images for commemorative displays and keeping everything up to Royal British Legion standards. If you’ve got experience in supply chain management, great IT skills, and want to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!

British Heart Foundation are seeking an MRICS (or equivalent) Estates Surveyor to join our busy professional team. You will be responsible for managing and settling a large caseload of retail lease renewals and rent reviews (largely through agents), advising the Charity on the best terms and strategy.
You will provide expert professional advice to ensure we achieve the best results in the current market, aligning with our property strategy. You will work in conjunction with the Assistant Property Management Surveyor and be responsible for managing the growing non-retail, storage warehouse and regional office portfolio to include acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations and strategic advice.
This role will collaborate with the Property Manager and other stakeholders to achieve optimal results.
You’ll also be responsible for preparing reports and monitoring caseload to inform the business.
Working arrangements
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.
At the BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. About you
You will have excellent knowledge and experience of Property Law and Landlord and Tenant work, preferably from a Retail environment.
You will have excellent and proven negotiation skills and bring with you the legal knowledge and expertise to ensure all BHF stakeholders receive considered and professional advice and recommendations.
Your thorough knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Law will enable you to agree detailed lease terms with the Charity's lawyers.
With excellent attention to detail and highly proficient IT skills, you’ll ensure all data is accurately kept on our Property Database and you will produce reports and updates to the senior team.
To be successful this role you will:
- Be a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS) with excellent IT skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint).
- Have extensive experience in Land/Estate Management and a thorough understanding of Property Law and Landlord and Tenant Legislation.
- Have excellent negotiating skills and a successful track record in the retail industry.
- Have strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to hit deadlines.
- Be self-motivated, flexible, and confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Our Philanthropy Coordinator will proactively track and manage a pipeline of next and existing High Net Worth Individuals and support HorseWorld's Major Donor Working Group comprising the Chair of Trustees, CEO and Heads of Departments. You will be expected to provide insight and identify opportunities for connection plus manage and track the stewardship tools to guide donors through their giving journey, including cultivation plans, sourcing and presenting tailored information for donors. Facilitating and attending meetings and events, both in person and online, you will be ensuring steps are being taken to nurture donor relationships.
Collaboration is key as you will work with colleagues and volunteers across the organisation to support HorseWorld's fundraising efforts.
You will also initiative the relationship management of a new portfolio of mid value donors and prospects; ensuring the donors you work with are engaged with our cause, and that you are responding to their individual stewardship needs as you keep them updated with our work.
